Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert specializing in SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P). The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise and hands-on SAP configuration experience across procurement, inventory, production planning, and related SAP modules.
The candidate will support SAP S2P implementations, configuration, integrations, production support, and ongoing system enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional business and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- S2P Configuration: Provide SAP P2P functional expertise and hands-on configuration across SAP MM, IM, PP, APO, Ariba, and OpenText solutions.
- S2P Process Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end SAP S2P processes to meet business requirements.
- Master Data Management: Work extensively with MM/PP master data, including Material Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Center, Routing, Production Version, and Production Resources and Tools (PRT).
- Core Configuration: Handle SAP APO, P2P, subcontracting, and Stock Transport Order (STO) processes, including business process mapping, blueprinting, gap analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation.
- ABAP/RICEF Development: Support ABAP developments, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEF), and prepare related functional specifications.
- Integration: Support integration of SAP P2P with FICO, SD, PP, PS, Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales, and Warehouse Management.
- Lifecycle Support: Support the complete SAP S2P implementation lifecycle, including configuration, functional specifications, integration, testing, go-live, and post-production support.
- Project Coordination: Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, and go-live planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business and IT teams to deliver global ERP solutions using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Documentation: Maintain business process documentation, process diagrams, functional specifications, and training materials.
- Production Support: Troubleshoot SAP S2P issues, resolve incidents, and implement enhancements to improve system performance.
- System Enhancements: Support SAP upgrades, ongoing enhancements, and system improvements.
- Audit Support: Assist with audit requests and documentation related to SAP controls and processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong functional expertise in SAP P2P with hands-on S2P configuration experience.
