Job Description: Business Analyst / Data Analyst Insurance Domain

Location: Warren, New Jersey

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Data Analyst with strong insurance domain knowledge, preferably in Claims and Rating, along with experience in CRM and Billing. The candidate should have hands-on experience working on data-driven projects involving Databricks and modern data platforms.

Required Skills:

  • BA/DA experience in the Insurance domain.
  • Strong knowledge of Claims and Rating processes.
  • Databricks and data engineering project exposure.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with CRM/Billing systems is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
