Must have skills * Hands-on experience in Varicent ICM tool - Composer, Web Reports, Web forms, Configure, Workflow, Schedule modules, pipe configuration (ELT).
* Experience as ICM and ELT consultant in implementation, maintenance and development support and design projects. Support business queries and other adhoc reports or extract.
* Experience in Release management
* Specifications, Test cases, build, test, production support and deployments.
* Needs to have experience in Application support of production systems based on ITIL methodology.
Preferred skills Varicent professional to manage end-to-end production support, system stability, and continuous enhancements for Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions
Detailed Job Description Production Support & Operations
Responsible for managing prod support assessing for Varicent ICM applications.
* Monitor daily/monthly runs and ensure timely execution.
* Troubleshoot and resolve data, calculation, and payout issues
* Ensure data integrity and reconciliation between source systems and Varicent outputs.
* Manage incident, problem, and change tickets (SLA-driven support).
* Support month end activities, lock/unlock cycles, and validations.
Enhancements & Development
* Design and implement enhancements in compensation plans, rules, and workflows.
* Improve system performance via model optimization and tuning.
* Participate in new feature development, releases, and deployments.
