Assignment Type: Contract Only
Duration: 6 Months
Role Overview:The Senior Experience Analyst serves as a hands-on Product Owner, leading the delivery of high-impact digital solutions within a Real Estate Lending domain. This role blends strategic product vision with day-to-day Agile execution owning the backlog, defining requirements, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring teams deliver reliable, user-centered features on time. You'll act as the critical bridge between business needs, customer experience, UX design, and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing work to maximize business value and delivery velocity
- Drive product vision, roadmap planning, and release execution in collaboration with leadership and fellow Product Owners
- Write high-quality epics, product requirements, and user stories in Azure DevOps, ensuring clear readiness and acceptance criteria
- Lead backlog refinement sessions, estimating work, adding acceptance criteria, and supporting long-range planning
- Coordinate dependencies across teams while continuously improving delivery quality and speed
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, delivery teams, and leadership
- Partner closely with UX/UI teams to ensure designs are aligned with upcoming sprint work
- Participate in and support all Scrum ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
- Plan and communicate product releases, setting clear expectations for delivery of new functionality
- Support production and implementation issues, driving timely resolution and necessary escalations
- Coach and guide team members who are newer to Scrum and Agile best practices
- Continuously drive value by building, maintaining, and refining Product Backlog(s)
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience functioning as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a fast-paced Agile environment
- Product Owner certification such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent
- Strong leadership experience with a focus on planning, prioritization, and delivery
- Proven experience implementing Agile principles across the software development lifecycle
- Strong digital and technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Preferred / Nice to Have:
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Background in .NET and modern web frameworks
- Experience in software development and/or QA testing
- Experience within the mortgage industry
- 3+ years working with Pega
- Pega Business Architect Certification (PCBA)
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $65.00 and $77.50 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
