Senior Experience Analyst (Product Owner) Job Description
DESCRIPTION
The Senior Experience Analyst serves as a Product Owner for Real Estate Lending who oversees new product and feature enhancements, planning and directing activities to ensure timely development and delivery of reliable solutions, and developing acceptance criteria to validate customer requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate dependencies across teams to improve velocity and quality
- Shape product vision and define priorities
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and teams
- Drive product delivery based on business requirements
- Develop roadmap and support delivery
- Write epics/user stories and acceptance criteria (ADO)
- Manage backlog and lead refinement sessions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Lead release planning and manage delivery expectations
- Resolve production and implementation issues
- Drive business value through backlog prioritization
- Coach team members on Agile practices
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years as Product Owner or similar role
- Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe POPM, etc.)
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience with Agile lifecycle

- QA/testing experience
- Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Mortgage industry experience
- Pega experience and certification
