Job Summary

Monitor and operate computer systems, networks, applications, and distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment
Perform L1/L2 issue analysis, resolve or route incidents as per SLAs
Support system management processes aligned with 300mm client requirements
Work across Linux, Unix, and Windows server environments with basic application knowledge
Handle server/application troubleshooting, hardware/rack installs, OS installations, and FAB application support

Required Skills

Linux, Unix, and Windows server operations
Monitoring tools and ticketing systems
Hands-on server support and troubleshooting
Basic System Administrator-level support skills
