Job Description

:The Support Equipment Systems Engineering & Integration Team is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality improvement initiatives across a diverse portfolio of aerospace support equipment products. This role will focus on driving cross-functional collaboration to proactively identify hardware quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions that enhance product reliability, manufacturing quality, and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

- Support Equipment products include support products used during manufacturing, on the platform, and off the platform.

- Products used during manufacturing include non-destructive test products and production line automated test equipment with associated test program sets.

- Products used on the platform include operational and handling equipment such as dollies, hoists, lifts, slings, tugs and generators.

- It also includes structural repair kits, composite repair kits as well as various test and diagnostic flight line testers.

- Products used off the platform include automated test equipment with associated test program sets.

- Both On Platform and Off Platform Support Equipment products may be designed to support Aerospace or non-Aerospace vehicles, whether air, ground or marine in use.

- The Support Equipment product portfolio includes more than 5,000 unique deliverables for customers including Government, Commercial, International and internal entities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline from an accredited instituti
• on.Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Engineeri
• ng.Strong expertise in quality systems, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and continuous improvement methodologi
• es.Advanced proficiency in Quality Engineering principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of Quality Engineering experience within the Aerospace industry.
• 5+ years of experience working with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
• Experience supporting complex hardware systems, test equipment, and aerospace products.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• or Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
• or PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience.
