Experience:

6 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and release management.
Track record leading implementations or major enhancements across multiple HCM modules.
Experience delivering HCM integrations, security, and reporting in a large/regulated environment.

Required Skills:

Deep Oracle HCM Cloud configuration expertise (Core HR plus at least two additional modules).
Hands-on with HDL/HSDL, approvals/workflows, and reporting (OTBI and/or BI Publisher).
Strong HR process knowledge and ability to translate requirements into scalable, governed solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills, including impact analysis for releases and change requests.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across HR and Technology teams.
Experience with change control, documentation, and testing best practices (SIT/UAT).

Preferred Skills:

Integration experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and SFTP.
Fast Formulas development for complex business rules.
Agile delivery leadership (backlog, release planning) and/or Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
