RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an ITSM II in Franklin, WI.
Summary:
The client is seeking an experienced IT support professional to provide hands-on technical assistance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role supports employees and visitors by resolving hardware, software, and system-related issues while ensuring timely documentation and compliance with internal standards.
* Respond to and resolve incoming technical support requests within defined service expectations
* Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and standard business applications (Windows, Microsoft 365, macOS)
* Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory
* Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices and related equipment
* Support telephony systems, AV equipment, and office technology
* Track incidents and service requests within a centralized ticketing platform
* Assist with basic network, server, and critical application support
* Participate in audits, security compliance efforts, and documentation updates
* Support system upgrades, change management efforts, and occasional after-hours activities
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
