Summary

Executive Assistant to support three C-suite leaders in Plano, TX. This role serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership, ensuring seamless daily operations while enabling leaders to focus on driving brand performance and strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and demonstrates exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

Manage complex and dynamic calendars for three C-suite leaders, including prioritization, scheduling optimization, and conflict resolution

Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones and global stakeholders

Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and background documents to ensure executives are well-prepared

Draft and manage executive communications, presentations, and correspondence

Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Operational & Administrative Management

Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning

Prepare and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner

Support leadership meetings, brand reviews, town halls, and off-site events

Track key action items and follow-ups to ensure accountability and execution

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams, senior leaders, and external partners

Build strong relationships across the KFC brand and broader organization

Partner with other Executive Assistants to ensure alignment, continuity, and coverage

Project & Strategic Support

Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives aligned to brand priorities

Support development of executive-level presentations and reporting materials

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance executive efficiency

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level

Proven experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously

Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High level of professionalism and executive presence

Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools

Bachelor’s degree preferred
