Description

The Operations Manager will oversee the complete order lifecycle across various retail and digital channels. This role is based onsite and is a contract position. Responsibilities include managing order fulfillment processes and systems, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing process improvements. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the use of generic technology systems for order management and tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end order lifecycle across all channels.
Oversee performance and improvement of order management systems.
Define and enforce order routing and fulfillment strategies.
Collaborate with teams to resolve order exceptions and improve visibility.
Lead cross-functional projects for operational transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5 years of experience in fulfillment or business operations.
Proven ability in process improvement and root cause analysis.
Experience in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong skills in data-driven decision making and performance management.
