Job Details
We're seeking an exceptional, hands-on product leader to own the strategy, development, and launch of our core AI-powered consumer platform. You'll work directly with the founders, engineering, and design teams to take products from 0 1 and build the foundation for long-term scale.
What You'll Do:
Own end-to-end product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution.
Build and launch 0 1 products, validate MVPs, drive experimentation, and achieve product-market fit.
Partner closely with engineering on architecture, technical tradeoffs, product specifications, and execution.
Create detailed PRDs, prototypes, and clear acceptance criteria.
Drive rapid product development while maintaining exceptional usability, performance, and reliability.
Help shape enterprise GTM strategy, customer discovery, and product positioning alongside the founders.
Balance compelling consumer experiences with enterprise customer requirements.
Establish lightweight product processes, success metrics, and feedback loops.
Help hire and scale the product organization as the company grows.
What We're Looking For:
10+ years of product management experience, ideally including senior product leadership at high-growth technology companies.
Proven success building products from concept through launch and meaningful user or revenue traction.
Strong consumer product instincts and exceptional judgment around UX, usability, and product design.
Deep technical fluency with the ability to collaborate closely with senior engineers on architecture and AI/ML systems.
Hands-on approach to product management, including writing specifications, prototyping, and working directly with engineering.
Strong familiarity with modern AI tools, including Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development platforms.
Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments with significant ambiguity.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree required; technical background strongly preferred.
Highly Preferred:
Founding or first product hire experience at an early-stage startup.
Consumer AI product development experience.
B2B2C, prosumer, or consumer-to-enterprise product experience.
Experience with privacy-sensitive data.
Previous engineering or product design background.
Compensation: $225K-$300K Base Salary
