Role Description
This is a 100% cold calling position; if you do not have cold calling experience in your past, you will not be considered for this role. This is a US-based position for US customers, but we will also hire Canadian resources to cold-call and sell in Canada.
This is a full-time remote Lead Generation Specialist role. The Specialist will be responsible for cold-calling new accounts, coordinating and scheduling initial exploratory meetings (only the first is required for this role), identifying and qualifying new leads for a first meeting, conducting in-depth research, and driving successful lead-generation strategies. The role involves identifying and engaging with the right decision-makers to discuss our potential solutions and developing methods to enhance lead generation and pipeline development.
The role has a minimum quota of five new leads driven to a first meeting per month, with the prospective customer attending. If the candidate fails to meet this requirement, they will be released. We are seeking experienced candidates, so this should not be a significant challenge. The quota carries forward, so if a candidate were to arrange twelve meetings in one month, it would cover the quota for months 1 and 2, and 2 out of 5 required for month 3, ensuring job security. For any lead that moves to a sale, a 2% commission bonus per deal, based on net profits, will be paid to the representative in addition to their salary, as an incentive to drive more meetings and lead gen after quotas are met.
This is a 1099 role, 100% remote, with a 40-hour workweek (excluding holidays and vacation time). We are seeking U.S.-based citizens in the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in lead generation and identifying high-quality new leads
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to build and maintain prospect relationships
- Sales experience and the ability to support sales teams with lead management
- Research skills to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities
- Ability to work independently and creatively in a remote environment
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is advantageous, with knowledge of Zoominfo and Zoho.
