Work at FR Solutions 100% remotely, a dynamic, growing, and leading company in our industry. We want to work with an experienced Lead Gen - Inside Sales Representative (a proven hunter) who primarily aligns initial calls with customers, mostly through phone or other online channels, to identify new leads, qualify potential clients, understand their needs, and update our CRM lead gen process by presenting product features and benefits. This lead gen inside sales role is designed to identify and qualify warm leads for handover to the sales team.
This is not a sales role that involves selling into accounts. Most of this role will focus on finding companies based on criteria we establish for the products or services we offer and then researching which companies to contact using various tools/collateral, identifying who to contact for maximum return, cold calling those resources within those companies to find the right contact to speak with, formulate interest in our products/services, and end by lining up a calendar invite to an initial meeting to have a call driven by sales. Once the first call is set up and completed, the role has completed the task and moves to the next.
We focus on several areas for sales.
- hybridcloudinabox.com is a product that includes hardware, software, and services in a bundle so that customers can obtain their own hybrid cloud or test environment with up to 20 VMs running. This will have an SKU price for the total cost or a monthly financing amount, making it affordable for smaller companies to purchase this option and save money. (product and services)
- Nutanix hardware and software sales (products and services)
- Nutanix Services and Migrations (services)
- Barracuda Networks Software is a secondary sales area that offers customers a free MS365 email scan to identify vulnerabilities to ransomware. (product)
- Any Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, or NX servers or laptops to sell. (product)
- Disaster Recovery end-to-end solutions and documentation
- Staffing services for technical resources and try/buy options
This position will focus on any of the above. The first two are longer-term sales plays for higher $$, and the others are lower-cost, fast-turnaround sales plays for lower $$. There should be a mix of both daily to build a well-rounded pipeline.
We offer an hourly base salary plus 2% (net profit) commissions for leads that convert into actual sales, presenting a highly lucrative opportunity for individuals skilled in cold calling and securing warm leads. There is no cap on commissions.
We expect the person selected for this role to have experience in driving customers to a call with an interest in finding out more, so our sales teams can expand on the lead into an opportunity. We will require a 90-day probation period, during which a minimum of four (4) meetings per month must be held to pass. We will provide comprehensive training and all necessary artifacts to ensure your success, including powerful lead-generation tools. Failure to secure a minimum of four (4) meetings per month in the first 90 days could result in moving to a commission-only role. So ensure you are a seasoned professional with these skills when applying.
Responsibilities
- Hunt, hunt, hunt. We need someone powerful in cold calling and lead generation.
- Add qualified new sales leads to our CRM (Zoho) system by utilizing ZoomInfo for lead identification.
- Schedule meetings with prospects
- Position our company's products to generate interest in our offerings.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
Qualifications
- US-Based only - not looking for non-US-based resources
- Strong hunter experience in prospecting and cold calling
- Existing technology lead generation experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Zoho)
This is a 1099 hourly opportunity with a commission (2% of net profit) on leads that result in closed deals with customers, which is added as a one-time bonus to the hourly rate. There is no limit on commissions; the better you drive initial warm leads, the greater the opportunity to make a lot of money in commissions on top of base hourly wage.
