Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Endur/Openlink in a Settlements, Operations, Business Analyst, or Production Support capacity.
  • Strong understanding of commodity trading and settlement processes.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including data analysis, troubleshooting, and reconciliation activities.
  • Experience working with databases, data integration, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or other analytics platforms.
  • Exposure to Fabric as a data platform and PowerBI for reporting.
  • Knowledge of Endur deal lifecycle, accounting, invoicing, and settlement modules.
  • Experience supporting automation initiatives and operational process transformation.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms and integration architectures.
  • Exposure to AI-driven solutions, including generative AI, intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, or workflow automation using Copilot, Azure AI, or similar technologies.
