Job Description: 

• CCB Experience Must have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) and testing for CCB projects.
• Must have experience with CCB EDI.
• Test Strategy Execution Develop and implement test strategies| test plans| and test cases applications.
• Ensure comprehensive functional| integration| regression| performance| and UAT testing.
• Validate APIs| services| and map layers through manual and automated test cases.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent application performance.
• Work closely with developers| business analysts| and teams to align testing activities with project requirements.
• Defect Management Quality Assurance Identify| document| and track defects using JIRA| Client ALM| or similar tools.
• Perform root cause analysis and defect triaging| ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with QA best practices| testing standards| and utility industry regulations.
• Provide test progress reports and key metrics to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Team Management Lead and mentor a testing team| ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Coordinate with internal teams| third-party vendors| and offshore units to execute test cycles smoothly.
• Engage in client discussions| requirement analysis| and testing sign-offs to ensure business expectations are met.
• We are seeking a CCB Test Lead to manage end-to-end testing activities for applications| ensuring high-quality deliverables| compliance with industry standards| and smooth execution of test cycles.
• The ideal candidate should have strong Utility Operations domain expertise| experience in test planning and execution| defect management| and stakeholder coordination.
• Additionally| exposure to test automation| including Tosca| is preferred.
• CCB Experience Must have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) and testing for CCB projects.
