Overview

This role supports a client with IoT gateways and digital temperature monitoring devices, primarily in the digital food safety space. The position involves high-volume, repetitive support tasks such as responding to inbound tickets, troubleshooting, and dispatching technicians as needed. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and possess strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all IT projects and ensure optimal utilization of company resources
• Compile project status reports and coordinate project schedules
• Manage project meetings and identify technical problems for resolution
• Identify and analyze systems requirements, defining project scope, requirements, and deliverables
• Coordinate project activities and ensure documentation of all project phases
• Support field services and support teams by responding to inbound tickets and troubleshooting IoT devices
• Respond to a large volume of tickets, often involving repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
• Determine when technicians need to be dispatched for IoT device issues such as loss, unplugging, or installation
• Work within an Agile environment to support high-volume operations

Required Skills

• Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Ideally have Salesforce or ServiceNow experience
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be able to handle large sets of data and work in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to support field services and support teams effectively

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow
• Familiarity with IoT device support and field service operations
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
