Job Description:
We are hiring a Technical Project Coordinator IV to support a high volume IoT deployment for an enterprise customer. This role involves ticket management, IoT troubleshooting, and large scale field service coordination. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with repetitive, detail oriented tasks.
Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound support tickets
Troubleshoot IoT device issues (gateways, sensors, connectivity, power)
Determine when field technicians should be dispatched
Coordinate and track 1,000+ field service dispatches monthly
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and recurring issues
Work with cross functional teams in an Agile environment
Support project reporting, tracking, and documentation
Required Skills
Experience in high volume operational or support environments
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar ticketing systems
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
