RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a financial services organization in NYC, is seeking an experienced ION MarketView/Electronic Trading Support Specialist to support critical front-office trading applications. This role requires strong knowledge of Fixed Income electronic trading, hands-on ION experience, and the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues in a fast-paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide production support for electronic trading systems
* Troubleshoot complex application and trading workflow issues through resolution
* Maintain stability, availability, and quality of production trading platforms
* Partner directly with traders, technology teams, and application owners
* Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution across teams
* Support front-office workflows across Rates, Credit, and SSA trading
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong hands-on experience with ION Trading systems and ION MarketView
* Experience supporting traders and front-office trading applications
* Knowledge of Fixed Income, Rates, Credit, and SSA products
* Strong production support and troubleshooting experience
* Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure trading environment
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of PXE, Reference Data, D2D, D2C, and Axes & Runs
* Spanish language skills desirable.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
