Kforce has a client that is seeking a Broadridge Impact BA in New York City, NY.
Overview:
A financial services organization is seeking a Broadridge Impact BA to support enterprise securities processing and broker-dealer technology. This role requires deep hands-on expertise with the Broadridge Impact platform, including configuration, integrations, workflows, data flows, production support, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate understands the full trade lifecycle and can bridge business, operations, and technology teams to deliver reliable technical and functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and enhance Broadridge Impact applications and workflows
* Configure Impact functionality, interfaces, and data integrations
* Analyze complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis
* Translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions
* Support securities processing across clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and corporate actions
* Partner with operations, business, technology, and vendor teams on platform enhancements
* Assist with system changes, testing, implementation, and ongoing production support
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with Impact configuration, interfaces, workflows, and data flows
* Deep hands-on Broadridge Impact expertise
* Strong knowledge of broker-dealer operations and securities processing
* Understanding of trade lifecycle, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and corporate actions
* Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
* Bilingual communication skills required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
