Senior Oracle Hyperion / EPM Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX | Type: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite | Experience: 12+ Years
Job Type: Long-Term Contract / W2

Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Implementation: Design and implement Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Hyperion Financial Close Management (FCM) solutions to streamline financial closure processes
- Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain Hyperion applications to support financial consolidation and reporting processes. Develop and optimize HFM business rules, data forms, and metadata
- Data Integration: Strong expertise in Data Management/FDMEE for data loads and integration. Create metadata management, data validation, and transformation logic
- Business Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance, IT, and BI teams for solution alignment. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support & Optimization: Provide production support, conduct system audits, performance tuning, and resolve issues timely
- Training & Documentation: Provide training to end users on Hyperion applications and financial reporting best practices. Create technical documentation and user manuals
- Planning & Forecasting: Support planning, forecast model enhancements, scenario modeling, metadata updates, and ongoing application tuning for FP&A teams e4b83b2dc28006cc

Required Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion / EPM Cloud solutions. 10-15 years as hands-on developer in HFM
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Financial Close Management (FCM), Essbase, Planning/PBCS/EPBCS
- Proficiency in SQL, Smart View, FDMEE, and scripting tools such as Groovy, Shell scripts, VBScript
- Solid understanding of Hyperion architecture, lifecycle management, automation, patching, upgrades
- Functional Knowledge: Sound knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes. Strong understanding of financial processes, consolidation, and reporting requirements
- Education: Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master''s degree is a plus
- Other: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, excellent verbal and written communication skills c2803b2de4b82e8d
