Job DetailsSchedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Occasional Saturdays available, but not required
Job Duties
- Room patients and prepare them for providers
- Obtain and document vitals, medical history, and patient information
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient flow
- Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients
- Coordinate with front office and clinical staff to maintain workflow
- Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system
- Provide professional and compassionate patient care
- Assist with additional clinical support duties as needed
Requirements
- Prior hands-on healthcare or clinical experience required
- Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Open to candidates with experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Nursing Assistant, or similar clinical support role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and adapt throughout the day
