What You’ll Do

Engineer the Data Backbone: Design, build, and scale robust data pipelines handling everything from real-time streams to IoT, sensors, MES, and ERP systems.
Unify Data Ecosystems: Seamlessly connect data across cloud and on-prem environments, crafting efficient ETL/ELT workflows with strong validation practices.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work hand-in-hand with architects, data scientists, analysts, and business leaders to bring cutting-edge solutions to life.
Build for Reliability: Develop secure, compliant, and scalable data infrastructure aligned with modern governance standards.

What You Bring

A degree in Computer Science (or related field) with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering.
Strong command over Python, Pandas, PySpark, and workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Kedro.
Expertise in SQL/KQL, with performance tuning across Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL environments.
Solid understanding of modern data engineering patterns—from batch vs. streaming to schema evolution and cost-efficient storage design.
Experience building data lakes or lakehouse architectures using cloud storage solutions like ADLS, S3, S.
Ability to design and consume RESTful APIs (FastAPI/Flask).
Comfort with Linux scripting, automation, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, Docker).
A problem-solver mindset with strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with tools like Databricks or C3.AI
Exposure to real-time streaming platforms such as Kafka, Azure Event Hub, or EMQX
Knowledge of multi-cloud ecosystems (OCI, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and cross-cloud data integration
Familiarity with collaborative tools like Azure DevOps, Wiki platforms, and MS Office 365

Pay Range*: $60.00 - $62.46 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
