Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and roadmap for an Enterprise Workflow Management Platform. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver streamlined, user-centric solutions for service requests, incident resolution, and other critical operational workflows.

 Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of direct product management experience, including at least 3 years managing enterprise platforms.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, data analysis, KPI-driven prioritization, and decision-making.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in user story creation, backlog management, and product documentation.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Proven success in delivering user-centric workflow management solutions.
  • Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and frameworks.
  • Experience managing help desk or service desk operations and workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of change management and incident management processes.
  • Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Enterprise Workflow Management Platform.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to define, prioritize, and deliver foundational workflows and capabilities that support IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Gather requirements from business, IT, security, and compliance stakeholders, and translate them into clear product priorities, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Understand user needs, pain points, and workflows across multiple personas to drive intuitive, scalable, and compliant solutions.
  • Lead product discovery activities, including user research, journey mapping, workflow analysis, and solution design.
  • Balance short-term delivery objectives with long-term platform strategy and scalability goals.
  • Define product success metrics and continuously improve platform performance through data-driven insights and user feedback.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, priorities, and trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, operations, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
