IT Project Manager (On-site)

We’re looking for a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technical projects from kickoff to completion. This role focuses on managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams while serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality goals are met
Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders and internal teams
Identify risks, resolve delivery challenges, and manage escalations
Coordinate technical teams and optimize resource utilization
Track project status, budgets, and deliverables; provide regular reporting
Ensure proper documentation, process adherence, and continuous improvement
Support on-site coordination, scheduling, and post-project reviews

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and delivery processes

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Proven experience managing IT projects across multiple teams
MSP experience preferred
Certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) are a plus
