Job Summary: Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with 10+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation and software implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
Commercial Banking/Commercial Lending, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, system integrations, defect management, and enterprise platform implementations. Experience with
AFS Vision, Jira, and Zephyr is highly preferred.
Required Skills: - 10+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- Commercial Banking / Commercial Lending domain experience
- Large-scale system implementation or transformation projects
- Requirements gathering & documentation
- Agile/Scrum environment
- Application integration coordination
- Risk, issue, dependency, and defect management
- Jira and Zephyr
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
