Role Overview:
Partner with Finance, Product, and Technology teams to deliver and evolve Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM solutions that enable best-in-class FP&A. You will convert business strategy into actionable requirements, configure and operate EPM applications, lead testing and adoption, and ensure enhancements create measurable value for end users.
Core Responsibilities:
- Product and requirements
- Translate finance strategy and user needs into epics, features, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and refine the product backlog; facilitate sprint planning with Product Owner and delivery teams.
- Map end-to-end FP&A processes and recommend improvements for usability, control, and efficiency.
- Oracle Cloud EPM configuration and operations
- Configure and support EPM components (dimensions/metadata, forms, business rules, workflows, security, data loads).
- Perform routine jobs, monitor integrations, troubleshoot processing issues, and coordinate fixes with technical teams.
- Maintain environments through releases, regression testing, and application administration tasks.
- Testing and quality
- Define test strategies, scenarios, data, and scripts aligned to acceptance criteria.
- Lead system, UAT, and regression testing; triage defects and validate delivered outcomes.
- Change, enablement, and adoption
- Develop communications, training, and job aids to drive user adoption.
- Contribute to change management planning and lead change activities for smaller initiatives.
- Data and analytics
- Conduct descriptive/diagnostic analysis (root cause, impact, scenario) to inform design and prioritization.
- Build working prototypes, process models, and management reports to support decision-making.
- Governance and documentation
- Maintain clear documentation of requirements, configurations, test results, decisions, and SOPs.
- Communicate cross-functional dependencies, risks, and impacts to business processes and roadmaps.
Required Qualifications:
- 6–9 years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2+ years hands-on with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, STEM, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting, especially FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Demonstrated mastery of business analysis practices: elicitation, process modeling, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution validation.
- Agile/Scrum team experience; strong backlog management and sprint execution skills.
- Proficiency with Jira; advanced Excel and PowerPoint for modeling, analysis, and stakeholder presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause and impact analysis.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to interface with senior leaders and technical teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Master data or chart-of-accounts governance (e.g., EDM/EDMCS)
- Experience with EPM configuration and administration: metadata management, business rules/calc mgr, data forms, tasks/workflow, security, EPM Automate, Smart View, Data Management/Integration.
- Integration experience between EPM and ERP, data warehouse, or BI platforms; familiarity with APIs, flat-file loads, or integration tools.
- Exposure to product and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Aha!, Mural, or equivalents.
- Experience in organizational change management, communications, training, and user adoption.
- Background in finance transformation, enterprise performance management, or digital product delivery; ability to build dashboards, operational reports, and financial models.
