W2 (No C2C)

Overview:
Join the Corporate Finance Portfolio of a leading wealth management firm to drive Digital Finance capabilities for Branch Economics and Financial Advisor compensation. You will translate product strategy into an actionable backlog, lead day-to-day delivery, and provide hands-on functional leadership across Oracle Fusion ICM, integrations, and reporting.

Primary objectives:
- Deliver high-quality enhancements and new capabilities in Oracle ICM that improve accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of advisor compensation
- Maintain a clear, prioritized backlog aligned to portfolio goals, PI objectives, and control requirements
- Reduce delivery risk through strong acceptance criteria, test readiness, and cross-functional alignment
- Improve operational usability and efficiency across Branch, Finance, and Operations stakeholders

What you will do:
- Product ownership and delivery
  - Own the team-level product backlog (stories, defects, enablers); ensure items are refined, sized, dependency-aware, and ready for sprints
  - Convert product vision into epics, features, and stories with unambiguous acceptance criteria, NFRs, and control/audit requirements
  - Set Sprint Goals, manage scope trade-offs, resolve requirement ambiguities, and keep a clear decision log
  - Provide transparent progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments to the ART and product leadership
  - Lead continuous improvement: close feedback loops from sprint reviews, update the backlog based on learnings, and drive readiness for upcoming PIs
- Planning and alignment
  - Support PI Planning: present/refine scope, negotiate cross-team dependencies, and shape team PI objectives and capacity-based forecasts
  - Coordinate with technology, operations, compliance, legal, and risk to ensure testability, acceptance, release readiness, and smooth operational handoffs
  - Align with Technical Lead/Architect on solution constraints, sequencing, and technical enablers
- Oracle Fusion ICM functional leadership
  - Configure and validate participant eligibility, transaction classification, crediting rules, compensation plans, rate tables, and calculation sequencing
  - Define data flows and source-to-target mappings across HCM, payroll, finance, mainframe, and performance systems
  - Identify and manage outbound integrations; partner on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) design and defect resolution
  - Build and maintain reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher; define KPIs and reconciliation views to support Finance and Branch stakeholders

Required qualifications:
- 6+ years as a Product Owner, Senior BSA, or similar role delivering digital products with Agile teams
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ICM (functional configuration and/or technical exposure)
- Practical configuration expertise in eligibility, transaction classification, crediting, comp plans, rate tables, and calculation sequencing
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and defining/managing integrations
- Working knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher reporting
- Demonstrated backlog ownership for one or more Agile teams, including prioritization, refinement, and release planning
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills; able to break ambiguous problems into clear epics/features/stories with solid acceptance criteria and DoR/DoD
- Effective decision-making balancing customer value, business goals, technical feasibility, and regulatory/controls considerations
- Experience in Agile delivery frameworks (SAFe preferred; Scrum/Kanban) and common toolsets (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Mural, Asana)

Preferred qualifications:
- Financial services or payments/compensation domain experience; familiarity with risk, controls, and compliance in regulated environments
- Ability to weigh architectural constraints and NFRs (performance, security, auditability) against business priorities
- Comfort operating with incomplete information and driving decisions to maintain delivery momentum
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills around prioritization, scope, and dependencies
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe POPM, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation)

Success indicators (first 6–12 months):
- Stable, transparent backlog aligned to PI objectives with measurable sprint outcomes
- Reduction in defects and post-release issues through clear acceptance criteria and test readiness
- On-time delivery of prioritized ICM enhancements and reports that improve advisor compensation accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction
- Documented, maintainable data mappings and integrations with reduced reconciliation effort across upstream/downstream systems

Tools and environment:
- Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation, OIC, OTBI, BI Publisher
- Jira/Confluence (or similar), Agile/SAFe ceremonies within an ART
- Collaboration with cross-functional partners in technology, finance, operations, risk, compliance, and legal
