Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Denver is seeking a Community Engagement Manager.

Duties:
* Provide guidance and support to employees creating, submitting, and managing volunteer opportunities
* Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to support shared community and business priorities
* Ensure programs align with brand standards, operational considerations, and community investment strategy
* Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and procurement processes using internal finance systems
* Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and partner records within CRM or tracking tools
* Support coordination of in-kind contributions or travel-related support as needed
* Serve as a liaison with nonprofit and community partners to ensure effective collaboration and execution
* Track and monitor participation, impact metrics, and program outcomes
* Manage a shared program inbox and respond to employee and partner inquiries
* Maintain knowledge of volunteer policies, compliance requirements, and internal guidelines
* Coordinate ordering, fulfillment, and distribution of program materials (e.g., apparel, signage, collateral)
* Provide administrative and communications support for internal ambassador or site-based programs
* Assist with gathering data, photos, testimonials, and impact stories for ongoing and annual reporting
* Support budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and financial reporting related to program activities

Support the planning and execution of volunteer and community engagement events, including:
* Event setup and postings within an internal volunteer management platform
* Employee recruitment and engagement
* Drafting internal communications and outreach materials
* Coordination of promotional materials and logistics
* Partner and vendor coordination
* Serving as a primary point of contact during events, including on-site support as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong interest in how community engagement and social impact support broader business strategy
* Ability to understand and adapt to the needs of diverse markets and communities
* Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively across teams
* Proven relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Experience with event planning, volunteer programs, or community initiatives preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or volunteer management platforms a plus
* Ability to analyze participation data and translate insights into actionable improvements

Travel Requirements:
* Up to 20-30% travel
* Travel to key operational locations or markets to support community events
* Occasional travel for team planning sessions or off-site meetings

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
