Job Description:

Seeking a Scientist to join a Biotech company to work on an exciting project.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrated experience in cell culture techniques (e.g., immortalized and primary cell lines)

• Proven expertise in transfection of difficult-to-transfect cell types, including primary cells
• Proficiency in flow cytometry, including experimental design and data analysis
• Experience performing cell binding and internalization assays
• Strong background in gene expression analysis using qPCR and RT-qPCR
• Hands-on experience with tissue/organ homogenization, preferably using automated systems such as QIACube
• Familiarity with protein expression and purification workflows, including the use of benchtop kits for protein modification (e.g., fluorophore labeling)
• Experience in the extraction and processing of DNA, RNA, and proteins from in vivo samples

Requirements:

MS degree in Science field with 3+ years of experience or PhD in Science field.

Must have experience with Flow Cytometry.
