Program Manager

Title: Program Manager III (Principal Program Manager, AMI)

Location: Waltham, Massachusetts 02451

Duration: 12 Months

 It is Hybrid position 2 – 3 days in the office. The work location and be the closest facility to their home.

Manager is looking for:

• Ability to travel weekly to various facilities.
• Experience in reporting and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, and strong PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Power BI is highly preferred.
• Skilled in data management, analysis, and variance identification.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Ability to forecast and interpret business data trends.
• Experience analyzing inventory movement and delivery performance.

The Role

The Project Manager, Advanced Metering Infrastructure will be responsible for managing the timely execution of meter installations, and services to ensure the delivery of the program goals. This position will involve daily collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of stakeholder management, strong team collaboration and communication capabilities. 

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, driving efficiency while ensuring timely delivery of inventory and program timelines
• Manage program/product timelines, roadmap, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze productivity performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
• Support program increment planning efforts across product teams providing clarification and definition of objectives
• Monitor and report monthly/annual workplan forecasting and progress.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve planning processes, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

About You

• BS/BA degree preferred
• 3 - 5+ years of experience in product/program management or workplan management required
• 2+ years of product or program management in a utility preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience in strategic leadership, IT infrastructure, analytics, and outsourcing management required
• Proven experience articulating complex ideas and influencing in a matrix environment required
• Valid driver’s license required
