What You Will Be Doing
  • Product & Requirements Analysis
  • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Conduct research on enhancement requests, production issues, and business processes.
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
  • Analyze defects and identify root causes to support resolution efforts.
  • Review existing workflows and recommend process improvements.
  • Agile Product Support
  • Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization activities.
  • Create and maintain user stories within Agile management tools.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood by development and QA teams.
  • Assist with release planning and product roadmap initiatives.
  • Test Coordination
  • Coordinate testing activities across business and technical teams.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
  • Validate that delivered functionality aligns with business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Track testing progress, defects, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate communication between testers, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
  • Communicate requirements, priorities, risks, and project updates effectively.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions to clarify business needs and technical solutions.
