Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to join the EyeBuyDirect team at Luxottica. This role is responsible for driving e-commerce performance through data-driven experimentation, analytics, and user behavior insights.
The ideal candidate will lead A/B testing initiatives, analyze customer journeys, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, engagement, and overall revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across key e-commerce funnels (homepage, PLP, PDP, checkout).
- Develop and manage a CRO roadmap aligned with business goals and optimization opportunities.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, experimentation platforms, heatmaps, session replays) to evaluate user behavior and site performance.
- Define test hypotheses, KPIs, and ensure statistical validity of results.
- Measure and report the impact of experiments, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative user research to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Product, Marketing, SEO, and Engineering teams.
- Manage CRO tools and coordinate with third-party vendors when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience in CRO, A/B testing, or data-driven optimization (flexible based on expertise).
- Strong hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and behavioral analytics tools.
- Demonstrated success optimizing high-traffic e-commerce platforms with measurable impact on conversion and revenue.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experiment design.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and prioritizing CRO strategies based on business impact.
- Background in user research (quantitative and qualitative methods).
- Familiarity with UX/design tools such as Figma.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio or case studies showcasing CRO or experimentation success.
