We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Analyst to optimize digital buy flows and improve conversion rates across our online sales funnel. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for incremental improvements through data-driven insights and testing strategies.
Work closely with analytics and reporting team to make sense of what they do. They will be analyzing page visits, what are their customers doing, when are they dropping off, etc... Conducting analytics before and after launch, ex this component did this before and after launch. How improve conversions. Taking reporting from website and putting it into stories. Responsible for keeping teams aware of data.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze ecommerce performance and funnel mechanics to identify conversion opportunities.
- Utilize Adobe Analytics to run reports, extract insights, and track performance metrics.
- Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and prioritize optimization initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of optimization campaigns and recommend next steps.
- Use tools such as Qlik, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Adobe Reporting Suite for data analysis and visualization.
- Document findings and manage tasks in Jira for transparency and workflow tracking.
- Responsible for weekly presentations, weekly read outs. Will identifying errors on site and overall website performance (Is this working, does it make sense. Lets reach out to this person and see)
- Responsible for looking at other websites and doing comparisons
- Conducting A/B Testing.
- Putting together a testing schedule. Work with devs to plan testing.
- Website/ecomm experience. Analyzing traffic and patterns and putting into story to help make decisions on changes and improvements.
- Website analytics, working with analytics teams and building reports
Qualifications- Expert user in Adobe Analytics
- Adobe Test and Target Strongly preferred
- Experience with ContentSquare
- Ideally ecommerce experience in the form of banking, insurance and/or telecomm
- Strong expertise in ecommerce optimization and funnel conversion mechanics.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics reporting and analysis.
- Proven ability to identify and execute A/B testing and optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools (Qlik, Mixpanel, GA, Tableau).
- Ability to work independently without extensive training as an analyst.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $68.00/hr.
