HTML statique, sans frameworks SPA ni bibliothques JavaScript modernes. Le rle met l'accent sur une
excution front-end propre et performante, en accordant une grande importance l'
accessibilit, au SEO et aux Core Web Vitals.
Ce contrat vise assurer les oprations courantes pendant que les quipes internes se concentrent temporairement sur une initiative stratgique de transformation vers
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Ce poste convient particulirement une personne capable de
monter en comptence rapidement et de
livrer ds les premires semaines.
Responsabilits principales- Dvelopper et maintenir des pages HTML statiques
- Crer et dployer des pages d'atterrissage et des pages produits
- Soutenir des initiatives d'optimisation du taux de conversion (CRO) et de tests A/B avec Adobe Target
- Assurer la conformit aux normes d'accessibilit (WCAG) et aux bonnes pratiques SEO
- Optimiser les performances front-end selon les Core Web Vitals
- Effectuer des tests autonomes approfondis et des UAT
- Participer aux revues de code et aux crmonies agiles
- Prsenter et expliquer le travail des intervenants non techniques lors des dmonstrations
Comptences essentielles- Solide exprience en dveloppement front-end HTML et CSS
- Expertise dmontre en accessibilit Web
- Solide exprience en optimisation SEO (technique et contenu)
- Exprience en environnement agile
- Excellentes comptences en communication et en documentation
- Fort sens des responsabilits quant la qualit (tests, validation, revues)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a
Front-End Developer to support a traditional,
static HTML-based website that does not rely on SPA frameworks or modern JavaScript libraries. The focus of this role is on
clean, performant front-end execution, with a strong emphasis on
accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
This contract supports business-as-usual work while internal team members temporarily shift focus to a broader
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) transformation initiative.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who can
ramp up quickly and
deliver immediately with minimal onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain static HTML pages
- Build and deploy landing pages and product pages
- Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing initiatives using Adobe Target
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices
- Optimize front-end performance for Core Web Vitals
- Perform thorough self-testing and UAT
- Participate in peer code reviews and agile ceremonies
- Clearly communicate and explain work to non-technical stakeholders during demos
Must-Have Skills- Strong experience with HTML and CSS for front-end development
- Demonstrated expertise in web accessibility standards
- Solid experience with SEO optimization (technical and on-page)
- Experience working in agile teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong sense of quality ownership, including testing and validation
Nice-to-Have / Bonus Experience- Experience with Adobe Target or other experimentation tools
- Exposure to insurance, financial services, or regulated industries
- Analytics awareness (Adobe Analytics, Core Web Vitals metrics)

Contract & Team Details- Contract Duration: 6 months, with a strong likelihood of renewal
- (Several contractors on the team have already been extended)

- 1 Product Owner
- 2 UX Designers
Interview Process- Two short interviews (approximately 30 minutes each)
- Discussions with the Hiring Manager and Director
- (Team Lead participation possible)
Location- Open to candidates anywhere in Canada
- Montreal or Toronto strongly preferred for occasional in-office collaboration
- Offices located in downtown Toronto and central Montreal
Language Requirements- Bilingual (French & English) preferred
