Oracle CC&B / Utility Systems Knowledge
Strong understanding of Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and how utility systems operate across billing, payments, credit, and collections.
Meter‑to‑Cash Process Expertise
End‑to‑end understanding of the utility lifecycle (meter → usage → rates → billing → payment → collections) and how issues surface within that flow.
Business–Technical Translation
Ability to listen to business users describe problems and translate those symptoms into system‑level context for engineers and system integrators.
Cross‑Team Coordination & Workflow Management

Job Description
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Perform, manage, and appropriately document work activities relating to IT service portfolios or products in support of our business partners. Lead IT activities required to manage service level agreements. Assist others in long range portfolio planning and prioritizing work and work schedule within the confines of current year financial commitments. (45%)
• Assist in creation of documentation for products and services. Use best practices to improve products and services provided to business unit partners, and monitor adherence within Team/Group to standards as defined within the Management Model (15%)
• Maintain and enhance engagement with business and IT partners and other stakeholders (15%)
• Establish positive team environment by proactively assisting and training less experienced personnel. Provide performance and development feedback as required (15%)

Prior experience supporting multiple utilities or operating companies (OpCos) is beneficial, as this role requires maintaining broad visibility across BGE, PECO, and ComEd rather than deep ownership of a single area.
Experience working alongside large system integrators such as Accenture is helpful, particularly in understanding how vendor teams operate, deliver solutions, and require coordination and follow‑up.
A general awareness of Java‑based systems and SQL is a plus. While this role does not involve coding, familiarity with how CC&B interacts with code and data can improve effectiveness when working with senior engineers.
