Position: AI Engineer

Compensation: $70 - $120/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize large language model (LLM) solutions using Python
Collaborate with cross-functional experts to identify and solve real-world AI challenges
Develop scalable machine learning pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and inference
Evaluate the performance of AI models, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective improvements
Document processes and results clearly, ensuring high standards of written communication
Stay abreast of developments in AI, suggesting Client approaches and tools to enhance team capabilities

Requirements

Have strong relevant experience as an AI Engineer, with a minimum of of delivering AI-driven products.
Possess expertise in Python and have working knowledge of libraries relevant to machine learning and LLMs.
Have a deep understanding of large language models, including fine-tuning and deployment practices.
Demonstrate proven ability to communicate thoughtfully and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
Have experience working collaboratively in remote, distributed teams.
