This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned location based on business need. Travel is estimated to be about 2-4 days/month in Dublin, San Ramon, and Concord.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on risk reduction, process improvement, and operational excellence within Electric Operations. This role will drive strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment to improve identification, validation, and resolution of asset encroachments while ensuring regulatory compliance and community safety.

The Program Manager will manage a complex program portfolio, develop budgets and forecasts, establish performance metrics and reporting, and present risk, cost, and operational insights to leadership. This role also partners with internal teams, field organizations, and external stakeholders to implement scalable processes and support innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional programs with significant operational and financial impact
  • Drive process improvement, change management, and operational efficiency
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership
  • Support regulatory, policy, and community engagement activities
  • Partner with field teams to implement scalable solutions

Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of program or portfolio management experience
  • Bachelor s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in utilities, infrastructure, or regulated environments
Background in risk, safety, or operations programs.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $100.00 - $140.00 per hour.
