About this Position

The Project Manager will provide project management and analysis support as well as follow through for CRM / Marketing Automation projects. They are required to manage and communicate all aspects of projects from formulation of specifications through post implementation and production support, with specific attention to communications and training. Additionally, they will creates project artifacts including scope, schedule, risk/issue/change logs and status reports. Must be be able to communicate with all levels in the organization.

Salary Range: $70K - $80K

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Create and execute project plan documents, task lists
  • Coordinate, track and report on project tasks
  • Proactively manage change, challenges, issues
  • Provide status reporting including opportunities and risks
  • Prepare for and lead project status meetings
  • Facilitates weekly meetings to develop proposals and define requirements
  • Documents specifications for system design
  • Develops project implementation plans and coordinates projects through project life cycle
  • Broad knowledge of the systems and processes of department and functions supported
  • Proactively create and improve processes
  • Able to work independently with limited direction
  • Handle multiple priorities of various types simultaneously
  • Act as liaison between the various teams: CRM, Marketing, Communications, IT, etc.
  • Manage project through entire life cycle including documentation of deliverables and tasks
  • Coordinates post implementation analysis
  • Maintains contact with internal and external users to determine level of satisfaction with software enhancements
  • Documents results and reports findings
  • Protects the Company's authority to conduct business by complying with applicable legal and ethical standards.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as required

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or on the job training and work experience
  • Ability to work in high pressure environment
  • Ability to identify problems and formulate solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Proficient in Excel, Work and Access
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures
