Description
We are looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will act as a vital link between clients and the Creative/Production team, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects. This is a contract-to-permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on creative services initiatives in the printing and publishing industry.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end management of creative services projects, including scheduling, estimating, and tracking progress.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Coordinate marketing needs and project goals to ensure all deliverables meet expectations.
Identify and resolve project-related issues while escalating barriers when necessary.
Maintain accurate job details and invoicing to support project completion and client satisfaction.
Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and service excellence.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful retail and store signage solutions.
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Mentor entry level team members on tools and systems to drive productivity.
Ensure all communications are tailored to the audience and convey messages effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience of 5-7 years.
Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to new information.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and other technical tools for project management.
Experience with CRM, ERP systems, and creative services tools.
Familiarity with marketing, advertising, and construction processes.
Knowledge of print production, retail displays, and store signage is highly preferred.
