Location: Irving, TX and Charlotte, NC (Secondary)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days remote, flexible onsite schedule)

Contract Length: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $52/hr to $56/hr

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives for complex business and technical needs across Product Management. This role involves consulting on the strategy and resolution of unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation. The position provides expertise to senior leadership on innovative Product Management business solutions and involves strategic engagement with client personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges.
• Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, and innovation.
• Provide expertise on innovative Product Management business solutions.
• Build and launch products from concept to market.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements and user experiences.
• Lead cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and employ strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

• Financial services, lending, or fintech experience.
• Experience as a product builder who thrives in ambiguity, is customer-obsessed, and can turn complex problems into simple, impactful solutions.
