Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and modern Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity, automate business processes, and deliver intelligent user experiences. This role requires expertise in large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks, and enterprise Copilot integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications and Copilot solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build and customize Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and GitHub Copilot integrations.
• Develop AI agents, chatbots, and workflow automation solutions using LLMs and conversational AI technologies.
• Create and optimize prompts, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and knowledge-grounded AI systems.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and productivity improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and monitor AI model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Implement responsible AI practices, security controls, and governance standards.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, Copilot technologies, and AI engineering best practices.
• Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI assistant platforms.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, C#, or other programming languages.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Power Platform, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience building AI agents, chatbots, and conversational AI solutions.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and embeddings.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment practices.
• Microsoft certifications related to Azure AI, Power Platform, or Copilot technologies.
• Experience working in enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
