Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and modern AI development frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and Agentic AI frameworks.
Build scalable multi-agent orchestration solutions and intelligent workflows.
Define AI architecture standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
Lead technical evaluations of AI models, tools, and platforms.
Provide hands-on development support for complex AI implementations.
Mentor engineering teams and drive technical excellence across projects.
Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, governance, and cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of software development experience with strong architecture expertise.
5+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Deep experience with:

LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Prompt Engineering
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Vector Databases
Agentic AI Frameworks
NLP & Machine Learning
Knowledge Graphs / Graph Visualization

Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
Strong understanding of embeddings, semantic search, retrieval strategies, and context management.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Preferred

Multi-agent orchestration experience.
AI evaluation and governance frameworks.
Fine-tuning, RLHF, or model optimization experience.
Experience with enterprise AI platforms, copilots, and intelligent assistants.
Familiarity with React, Node.js, or full-stack development.
