Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to lead a high-visibility software and AI development initiative supporting a joint venture between Client and an AI partner (ID8 AI). This role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a global Quoteland tool, designed to ingest materials and parts data to generate new client product quotes using AI capabilities integrated with legacy Jabil platforms.

The ideal candidate brings strong global program management experience, a solid understanding of AI-enabled solutions, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones. This role will also play a key part in strengthening global collaboration and driving IT change management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global software and AI development project delivery across distributed teams
• Manage execution of the Quoteland tool development, including integration of AI and legacy systems
• Coordinate collaboration between Jabil teams and external AI partner (ID8 AI)
• Identify and close global collaboration gaps across stakeholders and delivery teams
• Oversee IT change management processes and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and workflows
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across global teams
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business and operational goals
• Support development of scalable, repeatable global delivery practices

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of global project/program management experience
• Experience managing software development projects with AI or data-driven components
• Strong understanding of IT change management principles and execution
• Proven experience working with distributed/global teams
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML-enabled platforms or digital transformation programs
• Background in enterprise systems, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
