Title: Recruiting Researcher (Animation)

Job Summary:
· As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiting Researcher will discover, engage, and assess
· viable candidates for animation and technology positions. The Recruiting Researcher will collaborate
· closely with their recruiting partners and hiring leaders to match qualified candidates to open roles and
· business needs. The recruiting researcher will source, screen, and identify stunning talent of technical
· artists, creatives, artists, engineers, and specialists who are pushing the boundaries of animation-focused technology.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Understand hiring needs deeply, partnering closely with Recruiting Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and execute a front-end sourcing strategy that discovers qualified candidates.
· Establish trust with hiring managers in supporting the influence of talent strategy.
· Consistently source and track a high volume of qualified candidates for assigned requisitions.
· Conduct exhaustive research into emerging tech sectors to identify the best animation-focused talent.
· Conduct first round interviews to assess for potential fit and alignment to business needs, while prioritizing an excellent candidate experience.
· Drive operational execution of candidate activity by partnering with hiring managers and talentcoordinators to ensure a smooth candidate experience while optimizing for operational excellence.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Thorough understanding of animation pipelines, creative skills, and experiences for creative and technical roles in animation, gaming, and VFX environments.
· Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
· Agility and ability to be flexible in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment are a must!
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or human resources field.
· At least three years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical
roles, plus ideally in gaming, animation, or VFX.
