Job Description: The Business Analyst role is responsible for gathering and translating complex business needs into clear, structured business and functional requirements that guide our application development. This position requires someone who can confidently elicit requirements through focused meetings with stakeholders, document them with precision, and effectively hand them off to the configuration team. Success in this role depends on the ability to challenge ideas, push back when necessary, and offer alternative solutions-traits that go beyond traditional requirement writing, where candidates often struggle to assert perspective. This BA will spend roughly 30% of their time on analysis, 20% in stakeholder discussions, and 50% collaborating with the team to produce high-quality requirements. Joining this team means contributing to a widely used, high-impact application where the work is both meaningful and rewarding. Candidates must bring strong skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and structured writing to thrive in this environment.
