About the Role

We’re looking for a WMS QA Senior Tester / Lead with strong supply chain, distribution, and warehouse management expertise for a leading supply chain client. You’ll own functional and integration testing for enterprise WMS solutions, lead defect triage and test reporting, and mentor QA team members while staying hands-on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute Functional, System Integration (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), and Regression testing, and support UAT
  • Validate integrations between WMS, ERP, OMS, TMS, EDI/API interfaces, and warehouse automation systems
  • Turn business and functional requirements into test strategy, test plans, estimates, scenarios, cases, and test data
  • Lead defect triage, root-cause discussions, and retesting with developers, business teams, integration teams, and vendors
  • Publish daily and weekly reports on execution status, defects, risks, blockers, and release readiness
  • Mentor QA team members on WMS functionality and warehouse processes while staying hands-on
  • Improve QA processes, reusable test assets, regression suites, and testing standards

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of QA/testing experience, with strong experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Hands-on testing of enterprise WMS solutions and warehouse operations
  • Strong functional knowledge of warehouse processes: Receiving, Putaway, Pick-Pack-Ship, Order Management, Inventory Management, and ASNs
  • Experience with Functional, SIT, E2E, and Regression testing, plus UAT support
  • Experience validating WMS, ERP, OMS, TMS, EDI/API, and warehouse automation integrations
  • API/web service testing with Postman and/or SoapUI
  • Strong understanding of ERP and order management processes for integration and E2E testing
  • Ability to create test data and validate standalone systems when dependent E2E systems are unavailable
  • JIRA and Zephyr Scale for test management, traceability, and defect tracking; Confluence for QA documentation
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced delivery environment

Good to Have

  • Test automation with Selenium and/or Playwright, and identifying regression scenarios suited to automation
  • SQL/database validation
  • REST/SOAP API, EDI, or middleware testing
  • WMS integrations involving warehouse automation, conveyors, sortation, robotics, or AS/RS
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience
