Senior Incentive Compensation Consultant Oracle Cloud Transformation
Role: Lead and support implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation (IC) module within a large transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and enhance Oracle Incentive Compensation including plans, crediting, compensation calculation, and payment processing.
Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
Support data setup, integration inputs, hierarchies, roles, and performance rules.
Perform testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot calculation issues, and ensure accuracy of endtoend IC processes.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and extensions.
Provide cutover support, golive readiness, and postdeployment stabilization.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation.
Solid understanding of compensation plans, crediting logic, calculation rules, and dispute management.
Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and ICrelated data models.
Ability to analyze large datasets and validate calculation outputs.
Strong communication, documentation, and problemsolving skills.
Preferred
Exposure to Sales Cloud/CRM, OIC integrations, or performance management modules.
Oracle Cloud certifications.
