Senior Power Platform Developer (Nintex Migration & SharePoint Modernization)
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint professional to lead the modernization of enterprise collaboration solutions, with a primary focus on migrating legacy Nintex forms and workflows to the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas Apps and Power Automate Flows).
This is not a traditional SharePoint administration role. While maintaining the health and governance of SharePoint Online environments is important, the primary objective is to analyze, redesign, and rebuild Nintex-based business solutions into scalable, enterprise-grade Power Platform applications and automation workflows
You will play a key role in transforming legacy workflow implementations into modern, maintainable solutions aligned with Microsoft 365 governance standards, solution lifecycle management, and enterprise development best practices.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with Nintex and is highly skilled in building Power Apps Canvas Apps and Power Automate Flows, with a passion for modernizing platforms and improving business processes through automation.
Key Responsibilities
Nintex Migration & Power Platform Development (Primary Focus)
- Lead and execute end-to-end migration of Nintex forms and workflows to Power Platform.
- Rebuild legacy forms as Power Apps Canvas Apps and workflows as Power Automate Flows.
- Analyze existing Nintex implementations and design enhanced, scalable solutions on the Power Platform.
- Build, enhance, and support Canvas Apps and automation flows aligned with business needs.
SharePoint & M365 Platform Support (Secondary)
- Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments (sites, permissions, governance).
- Ensure platform health, compliance, and governance standards.
- Support Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange).
- Process requests and changes through ServiceNow.
Incident, Change & Continuous Improvement
- Track and resolve incidents and requests via ServiceNow.
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain documentation and operational standards.
Platform Modernization Initiatives
- Support migrations across forms, workflows, and business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with enterprise architecture and roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with SharePoint Online (enterprise environment)
- Strong hands-on experience with Nintex forms and workflows (support + migration)
- Proven experience building Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate Flows
- Experience translating legacy workflows into modern Power Platform solutions
- Understanding of ALM, environment variables, and solution architecture
- Experience with ServiceNow (incident/change management)
- Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 services
- Ability to work independently and communicate across technical/non-technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading Nintex → Power Platform migration initiatives
- Advanced Power Platform expertise (complex flows, integrations, app design)
- Familiarity with Microsoft governance, security, and compliance
- Experience in large enterprise environments
- Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, M365, SharePoint)
