Job Details

We are seeking a Trust and Estate Planning Attorney to advise clients on estate planning, trust administration, wealth transfer planning, and related transactional matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives.
• Advise clients on trust and estate planning strategies, asset protection, succession planning, and wealth transfer matters.
• Handle trust administration matters, including trustee guidance, beneficiary communications, and required notices.
• Work with individuals, families, fiduciaries, and business owners on sophisticated estate planning needs.
• Review client assets, family structures, and planning goals to develop tailored estate plans.
• Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professional advisors as needed.
• Manage multiple planning and administration matters while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Support practice development efforts and long term client relationship growth.

Qualifications

• Active and good standing California Bar admission required.
• Juris Doctor or Master of Laws from an American Bar Association accredited law school required.
• Experience handling trust and estate planning, trust administration, and related transactional matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while staying organized and detail oriented.
• Comfortable working directly with clients, fiduciaries, families, and professional advisors.
• Interest in collaborative practice development and long term professional growth.
• Ability to meet 1,850 annual billable hours.
