Job Details

We are seeking a Corporate Transactions Attorney to advise clients on entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, business startups, corporate matters, and business transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on entity formation, business startups, corporate governance, and general business matters.
• Handle mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and business transactions for a diverse client base.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, purchase agreements, operating agreements, and related business contracts.
• Provide practical legal guidance on corporate structuring, business operations, and transaction strategy.
• Work directly with clients, partners, and attorneys in a collaborative boutique practice group.
• Support practice development efforts and long term client relationship growth.
• Manage multiple transactional matters while maintaining strong attention to detail and responsiveness.
• Collaborate across offices and practice teams to deliver high quality legal service.

Qualifications

• Active and good standing California Bar admission required.
• Juris Doctor or Master of Laws from an American Bar Association accredited law school required.
• Senior-level experience advising on entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, startups, corporate matters, and business transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while staying organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team focused environment.
• Interest in practice development, mentorship, and long term professional growth.
